We also collect limited browser, device, operating-system, IP address, login, security, and site-interaction data needed to operate and protect the service.

• Run accounts, genealogy, lead routing, lists, support, payments, commissions, and bonuses.
• Send transactional, security, service, training, and relationship-building communications.
• Prevent fraud, secure the platform, improve features, and meet legal obligations.

Payments and service providers

Payments may be processed by Stripe and other trusted providers. ListLadder does not store your complete payment-card number. We share only the information providers need to perform services for us and require appropriate protections.

Your choices and retention

You may request access, correction, or deletion of eligible personal information by contacting support@listladder.xyz. Some financial, fraud-prevention, dispute, and legal records may be retained as required or reasonably necessary.

International transfers

Information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate contractual or legal safeguards for international data transfers.

Children’s privacy

ListLadder is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information so we can review and remove it.
