These terms govern your access to ListLadder, its referral tools, communications, payments, and member features.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to create a paid account or participate in commissions.
Your account
Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and use the service only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and must promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
Plans, eligibility, and adjustments
Access, commissions, bonuses, and lead routing depend on the plan and eligibility rules shown at the time of each event. Refunds, reversals, fraud, duplicate activity, payment disputes, or eligibility failures may reduce or reverse related credits.
Prohibited conduct
Do not send spam, make false earnings claims, impersonate others, distribute malware, interfere with the service, harvest data, manipulate referrals, or violate third-party rights.
Suspension and availability
We may restrict or suspend accounts for violations, suspected fraud, chargebacks, or security risks. The service is provided as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, ListLadder is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Intellectual property
ListLadder’s software, branding, graphics, training, and original content are protected intellectual property. Your account provides a limited, revocable right to use the platform; it does not transfer ownership or permit copying, resale, or unauthorized distribution.
Indemnification
You agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or expenses caused by your unlawful use, your content, your marketing, or your violation of these terms or another person’s rights.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Minnesota law. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts serving Grand Rapids, Minnesota.
