Lifetime access is a one-time digital purchase. Monthly access renews until canceled. Current pricing, plan features, and billing frequency are shown before checkout and processed through our payment provider.
Seven-day initial-purchase window
You may request review of a refund for the first payment of a new paid plan within seven calendar days of that payment. Renewal payments, later subscription charges, commissions, advertising purchases, and other subsequent transactions are non-refundable unless required by law.
Cancellation
Canceling a monthly plan stops future renewals and may end future monthly eligibility, Passed Up Lead access, commissions, bonuses, or routing benefits at the close of the paid period. Cancellation does not automatically refund a prior charge.
Billing problems
Report duplicate, unauthorized, or incorrect charges promptly through the Support Portal. We will review the transaction and applicable records.
Refund effects
A refund, chargeback, or payment reversal may also reverse associated commissions, bonuses, access, or lead-routing benefits.
